We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products purchased from MegaMart UAE Online Store.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the order
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty, haircare, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned
